Thanks John for your quick reply to my Quicken question! What a great
service this new quicksig is!

It is clear and very useful, but you forgot to include your bank's
routing no. & your account numbers. I'm sure it was just an oversight which
you will remedy as soon as you read this. Oh, you should know that I'm
configuring it as per your suggestions for AUTOMATIC DAILY WITHDRAWALS OF
99.99% from your accounts to avoid any overdraft and delayed balance
problems for you.

Also, for Babette, I'm sure you're glad I joined the listserv to ensure
the group stays on topic.

On the menu bar (that's the row just below the title bar of the Quicken
window) click on "Features." Scroll down to "Other Funds Transfers" and
move across to the sub-headings. Click on "Clubs and Societies." You
might think that you should select "Non-profit Orgaizations" since the GGCS
is a non-profit, but that is not the right choice since you want to
transfer funds from members of the group and not the organization itself.

In the "Clubs and Societies" dialog box fill in your account numbers for
the banking institutions that you want the funds transfered to. In the
"Sources" box enter the bank names and account numbers from which you want
the funds transferred. In the "Schedule and Amounts" section, select
daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly. The amount is best stated as a
percentage to avoid the potential overdraft error.

Hope that helps, but it will be a lot clearer when you have Quicken
installed and can go stepwise through the instructions found here and in
the Quicken Embezzelers News Group.

John
