I Have just had a quick scan through Bouw's primer and notice that he is
'relatavist' and upholds Einstein and Newton. Anyone know why? He would benefit
greatly from reading GWW. Why don't you send him a free copy Robert on the
condition that he comments on the chapters about Einstein?
