Just upgraded to the new 2100 mAh AA batteries. They last about as long as alkalines do. Jim's right about the older ones, they don't last nearly as long as the new ones. I think it's the only way to go. But then again, I recycle most everything I can. Barry ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ You can buy a 4 pack of Nickel Hydride batteries for less than $10. A charger costs about $15. You can recharge the batteries at least 1000 times and they have no memory issues like Nickel Cadmium Batteries. They last just as long the 1000th time as they do the first time.
