Bernie is right. We were going through some of Diana's old toys before
Christmas and found one that she played with alot for about 2 years and it
still had it's original cheapo batteries in it and was still going strong. I
think in some cases teh cheapos run longer. I recently got a 24pack of AAA
from my local save-a-lot for $1 and they seemed pretty good in kid toys
