Apparently that guy has bigger problems than a walking/biking trail 
extension.

I think I know him. He used to come to the Bellefontaine Town Hall Meetings 
and ask why the police aren't making the kids turn down their car stereos 
when they drive past his house after 8:00 o'clock at night.
