[GeoStL] Double email

Jen, Glenn or anyone, I sure would like to get this fixed. Maybe this will
help. Below is where the 2 mails came from and they come in at the same
time.
If it is a filter related problem wouldn't you think you could maybe not
get a mail, but surely not get an extra mail. Bernie

It is incoming mail when it comes back to you through the list.
