[GeoStL] Double email

Barbara, the double log notification is something different. I solved that
one a while back with help from freelist. That is when you sign up to watch
your own cache. Meanwhile I'm still seeing doubles in my inbox. Thanks

I get double logs because I set myself up to watch the
cache, and I am the owner - so I get a log for each of
these. I'm too lazy to remember to go back and change it,
though!
