[GeoStL] Bug Logging Problem

Now I know there isn't anything against logging a bug you find at an event and 
then placing it back at the event.

However the problem is that when people do this the person who actually has the 
bug and has logged it then later on other people continue to log it it ends up 
not in their inventory.

So how does one correct this??

I have the SLAGA tribute bug and logged it as soon as I got home.  It was in my 
inventory, however since logging it other people have now logged it and placed 
it back at the picnic, so now it isn't in my inventory.  

I have now dropped off the SLAGA bug in another cache but can't log it because 
the bug isn't in my inventory.  I hope I am making sense.  How do I fix this??
