Did you take into account that for large groups,
restaurants sometimes enforce a gratuity,
say like 20%? So if you tip less, they will
override it with their own percentage after
the fact.
Restaurants usually mention the set gratuity
percent on the menus, for groups larger than
___ people. From what I understand, it
was a larger group of people.
