That's strange! Raul, I think you are referring to electricity, when level
13 or 14 is an electricity level.
Some people might see the electricity currents under which you have to slide
when you are hearing the ouch sound, also as an enemy.
But I'm talking about rats and spiders and thugs. There's none of them on
level 13 and 14. I have played about 100 times on easy and about 10 times on
normal and each time I get absolutely no thugs, spiders or rats on levels
13 and 14.

I get enemies on those levels. Not all the time, but I do get some.
