FTC beta 15 preview 37

Beta 15 preview 37 has been uploaded to the web site.

Here are some more regression test fixes.

Here's what is new with this preview...

- Fixed an insertion point problem when you hit the left arrow key
when a picture is in resize mode. It now properly places insertion
point just before the picture.

- Pictures in resize mode are now internally consider to be
selected and so now you can cut and paste a picture when it is in
resize mode.

- Fixed a problem with successively deleting pictures and then
undoing the deletions.

- Fixed a problem getting plain text where it included to much
text on the front of the string.
