FTC beta 15 preview 36

Beta 15 preview 36 has been uploaded to the web site.

I am almost through the second round of regression testing. Here
are a few fixes from that testing and the reported problems.

Here's what is new with this preview...

- Fixed a problem with changing style run characteristics across
multiple paragraphs and then undoing the action.

- Fixed a problem with inserting pictures in certain situations.

- Fixed a problem with undoing paragraph margin changes.

- Fixed a problem with handling a special keys when a picture is
in resize mode.

- Fixed a problem with typing characters when the the insertion
point is right after a picture.
