pv35 Issues

1. Select a FTCustom or FTPicture object so that it's highlighted. Using any arrow key will delete the object instead of moving the cursor. Confirmed in the demo app (Mac/Win).
2. Not sure if this is a bug or simply an oversight in the demo app. In the demo app you cannot copy a FTPicture object which means you subsequently can't paste it either. (Mac/Win)
3. Putting the cursor to the right of an FTCustomObject and then typing anything will result in an out of bounds exception in FTParagraph.insertstring. If you are to the LEFT of a FTCustom object it works fine. (Mac/Win). 


1 and 3 are critical bugs in the project I'm working on.
