@NateCobbster: Its up again, there seems to be a bug when the servers get rebooted the web application and service are both unable to read the database. I am taking a lot into this.

    Hello everyone,

@Jeremy/Rob: The webservice appears to be down for the website
since logging in isn't working. I'm not sure if you were already
aware of this, but could we get it back up so that we have a
working version of the website up? If you're currently in the
middle of doing work on it, let me or Susan know. so we can let
Susan know that we'll have it back up as soon as possible.

@Susan: Once I receive confirmation, or I see that you received
confirmation, that the webservice is up, you can try logging in
again and should be able to do so without an issue. The way that
the website is structured is that the frontend is decoupled from
the backend, so even if we're able to see what looks like a
working website when we first arrive, that may not be true since
it won't be fully functional without the backend working as well.
If the team is in the middle of doing some work on the website,
we'll let you know and we'll work to have it back up as soon as
possible and let you know when it is.

Thanks in advance for your hard work team, and thank you for
letting us know about the problem Susan. I apologize for any
inconvenience this may have caused you.

    Regards,
    Nate

        Susan,

Right now we're using the term "Resuscitate" with the options
"Yes" or "No". I'll let the team know that you prefer that
we use the term "DNR". The ID/password combo is
"cpsc499"/"cpsc499", without quotes. Please let me know if
these work for you so we can adjust accordingly.

        Thanks!

        Regards,
        Nate
