Hello FTRM!

Remember how you felt when someone was invested in you? Here's what you
said on November 7, 2019. Can you find your card?

Now is your chance to invest in someone. Support their growth and
contribute to them feeling empowered, valued, and confident by being a
mentor.

As you hopefully just saw in my previous email, I am wrapping up the Front
Range Mentor Program launch. I want to complete everything for the hand off
before the new officers are in place. This means having a list of mentors
and their bios ready to go for when a new member joins AND we have a new
member on her way, Brook! Please look at the mentor expectations and let me
know if you are interested. The bio information could change depending on
feedback, but the current version is below.

Mentor expectations:

   1. (Pre-mentoring) Fill out bio to give new members information. Current
   questions are below, but may change with feedback.
   2. Mentor for six months.
   3. Meet within two weeks of new member joining.
   4. Meet at least once a month throughout the six months.
   5. Go over mentee goals with goal questionnaire.
   6. Use levels 1 and 3 from the Mentoring Path in Pathways as a guideline
   – this is mainly to see the expectations of Toastmasters and have access to
   the supporting worksheets.

   2. Availability
   3. Strengths
   4. Skills
   5. Toastmaster Achievements
