Hello Toastmasters,
The revised Front Range Mentor Program is attached, named mentoring program
update. Please review and send feedback by Wednesday night on the following.
1. Please review the program paying particular attention to the ongoing
roles and responsibilities. These would change responsibilities of the VP
of Membership and the VP of Education from here on out.
2. Review the goal questionnaire, which all new members would fill out
when they are paired with their mentor. Should these questions change and
if so how?
3. Review the Mentor Bio form. All FRTM members interested in mentoring
would fill this out. Bios of available mentors would be given to new
members to see whose interests and availability align. Is all of the
relevant information included? Should anything change?
The forms will be included as part of the larger vote for Front Range
Mentor Program. If you have feedback or recommendations, please send them
to me by Wednesday providing time for the changes to seen by everyone
before voting at the meeting.
