There is a LOT of powder / dust / call it what you want towards
the back of the work area...
Talked to Abe (landlord) today, the alarm zone we occupy used to
be rented by 'Thermal Steam'...

From what I saw though we probably won't need it. I don't think we
want to get into lowering the ceiling; we would have to also lower
the sprinkler heads for the fire suppression system. As far as the
walls go I think we should just leave the celotex insulation as is.
