In my brief perusal of the web I found 3V, coin cell, non-rechargeable 
batteries in sizes usually used for memory backup for between $0.69 and $3.50 
depending upon brand and size. Some in qty as low as 5 or less. So it really 
depends on what batteries we would need. I'll take a look at some of the mobos 
we have in stock for battery sizes.
