Last I knew, we were NOT to load VL 5.9 Lite onto Freeboxes. In all of the ones I've loaded, the difference between VL-HOT and HAL wasn't really noticeable as long as the system is up to specifications. I'm pretty sure that right now as it stands that VL 6.0 would be loaded onto a Volunteer Box if the volunteer wanted 6.0 on there. Although, in the end, the software is limited in what it can or cannot do by the hardware. So if it's a hardware issue, then regardless of the software, that has to be resolved first. The problem isn't always software, just most of the time or it's user error. I apologize I wasn't at the warehouse at all last week, turns out I was sick with a chest infection that caused my asthma to flare up. I'm doing much better now, as far as making it to the warehouse this week, I'll see what I can do to make it.
