I know that there are about 3 new volunteers that can be there Thursday
night, in addition to any of the current volunteers that come in on
Thursdays. So there is a possibility of having 4-7 including supervisor. So
it could very well be beneficial to open Thursdays now.

I think we need the extra hours to process inventory and prep for Title
1 classes. otoh, if we don't have volunteers to help on Thursday nights,
it is probably premature to reopen, and your energy might be better
focused on other tasks.
Please check with Goose re the number of active and new volunteers and
whether you can split them between two nights.
Would you need gas money? Could you pick up Mark N. to assist you?
