We just bought some Dell T3500 P92's, and they don't have internal floppy drives. So how does Invensys tackle this thorny issue? You guessed it: USB floppy drives! Just like the AW51F & G boxes. In 1998 or so, maybe that was acceptable, but not 2010. Well, I think this dead horse has been sufficiently beaten. As many of you find out, I learned the hard way that when the floppy drive is used only once in a blue moon, it's so darned unreliable. And there' nothing more frustrating than trying to get a balky floppy drive to cooperate.
