You may want to check with OSI their position for long term support of =
the API interface. At one time they were trying to move away from =
support of that Foxboro interface and head towards OPC.

Subject: [foxboro] Osi PI and AW51 which way?

=3D20
Hey folks,
Got a project in the works to add a PI historian to the site, there
appears to be several ways of connecting PI to I/A.=3D20

We have a small installation, two WP51B (ver 6.3), one AW51B (ver 6.3),
and one AW51F (ver 7.1). The F box is already running Aim* =
historian.=3D20

What would be the best connection, Fox API, Aim API, or Aim OPC on a
windoze box?

Thanks
