What translator are you using on Integrator30B for
Modbus to DF1 Allen-Bradley SLC 5/4. Prosoft ?
Please explain the transition between MB30B and AB SLC 5/4,
Maybe that's where your problem is. =
Historically trending some of the Station parameters can be helpful
in catching off scan events.

This Integrator is MG30- Style B. I am getting Control overruns such as
13 in one day.

The PLCs are Siemens S7-315 and Allen-Bradley SLC 5/4.
