boot -r do not resolve the problem !!
I get some information about this subject (from EMEA-TAC):
On page 9 of B0400CV rev A (Day0 Installation Procedures for V64) under item
7 an instruction is given for the WP51D installation
(copy file /etc/name_to_major).
When this item is NOT done then the dual head installation works fine.
I wanne try this solution next week !!!

We are upgrading a WP51D from 6.1.2 to 6.4 with a dual monitor using
a PGX32 (Raptor GFX OpenWindows for Solaris) video card. We followed =
the
standard procedure included in BO400PT but it didn=B4t work. During =
the
booting process the second video card isn=B4t detected.
Any idea?
