Try this:
SN0001:=3D"your message here ",ROUND(RO0001)," MINUTES remaining";

I set RO0001 equal to RI0001 in the sequence code. The message and time
is updated each time the sequence is processed.

You have to do the math to get it to minutes in the sequence code as the
timer is in seconds.
