Thanks for the reply,  I ran pos_win and found that both Foxdraw and Configure 
Objects were open.  I closed Foxdraw and re-ran pos_win.  As expected Foxdraw 
and Configure Objects were absent from the list.  Finally I opend Foxdraw and 
re-ran pos_win and only Foxdraw showed in the list.  So it looks like Configure 
Objects is opening, but the million dollar question is how do I get it to show 
in a viewable space on the screen?

Jim,

Have you tried using configure objects from the menu or the short cut keys?  
Quitting Foxdraw should close the config objects window.
If you use /usr/fox/wp/bin/tools/pos_win you see heaps of stuff including 
FoxDraw.  To me it looks like if configure objects is open the line Configure 
Objects appears in output of pos_win.
Set Selection Attributes appears for graphic attributes.

Tim,

Thank you for your reply.  I am working with Rick and we just verified that all 
of the monitors are setup correctly and appear in the setup exactly as they are 
physically configured.  I am going to try disabling all of the other monitors 
except the primary to see if this resolves the issue and report back shortly.
