This is a "feature" that was implemented @ v6.5.2/v7.1.1 only; it was
corrected @ v6.5.3/v7.1.2 as far as I know.
It is not documented that I am aware of for the reasons below.
The IKNOWWHATIDO is an OM argument implemented from way back that allows
the user to over ride certain constraints imposed by the object manager
itself.
This is a very dangerous argument to use because it will do as you tell
it, typo's and all.
