It just seems that all fingers point to 1 AW & 1 CP that do not want to play
with each other in the sand box. Time for a time out... Can you live with this
situation until you can reboot each one?

Hi Joseph,

Thanks for the reply. Small system, only one CP, and it is not moved. The AW
can ping all the other workstations and the CP. Inside the system monitor,
everything is fine, all function well. Infusion view and IDE can't see the
block parameters.Block select can see all the compounds blocks, but can't
turn on and off the coupounds.

Subject: [foxboro] AW can't see the block parameters in CP

Hi Guys,
We've got a weird problem here, our AW can't see the block parameters in the
CP.
We've are using infusion view as the HMI software package, IDE as
configuration tool. After we rebooted our AW yesterday, the AW could't see
the block parameters in CP anymore. On the screen, all the tags shows *****.
In block select, we can see all the compounds, all the blocks. However, when
we open the faceplate on the infusion view, all the parameters in the block
show *****. The system monitor "button" on the HMI screen has no colour
change, but if you open the system monitor, all the indication and function
inside the system monitor are working.( I mean we can see status of other
workstation, let CP go online offline, all the functions are good). All the
other WPs are working fine. We tried to reboot the AW, WP, separately,
together... not working. One other thing, AW can be able to deploy and
undeploy configuration...
Anybody has got any idea of what is happening? DASever is down? Licence
issue? Seems like infusion view can't get any parameter from CP, but the AW
itself is still on the mesh network...
Thanks Guys in advance!
Regards,

Siry
