Behavior of the buttons in the CAD is governed by the environment. You set the environment of the CAD in the dmcfg file, which is only read at boot up. If you modify the enviroment file that the dmcfg specifies for that CAD, you can restart the CAD by killing the am.exe in Task Manager, and it will restart with the new environment settings. I don't have all the docs in front of me, but that it basically how it works. Environment files are found in d:\opt\fox\env and d:\opt\customer\env (if nothing is in the customer directory, it reads the fox directory). The dmcfg file is in d:\usr\fox\customer\hi. The Clear Page button is accessable and I would like it to not be accessable to the operators. These are configured in a file... somewhere. I think that a reboot is required for the changes to take place... In the file (we use a common one for all WS) you can set the protection ID for each button. So when we are directed to the file -> then we will both have our answer.
