[foxboro] disabled printscreen process

List: we have seen a phenomenon on many of our AWs where the printscreen
functionality stops working. When this happens, no method of making a
printscreen ("psc" in a script, selecting from the Sys menu, etc) works.
The only fix we've found is to reboot the workstation.
Does anyone know what the actual process name is for printscreens, and how
to restart it without rebooting?
