Dear All,
Here complete system has been taken online all FBM and workstations are
communicating (Except DCS BMS Communication).
We are facing problem with FCP redundancy. The second FCP (22660E ) remains in
fail (green and red leds on).
We tried by changing slot and reboot it is not working. While trying to read
Letterbug it is showing error in for connection.
IR Led is not at all blinking for both read and write operation.
After hard reboot and Power reboot it is showing same problem.

Please suggest the solution.

MAC Add - 22660E
Hardware Part no- P0917YZ
Hardware Revision - 0T
Hardware Date - 1013
Image Revision - 850034

Also our Engineer tried the below steps which advised to him,
Following are the results of each steps-

1) Have u installed only the problematic FCP alone in the Base plate and
checked the same .I mean single FCP270 . Please try installing the single FCP
on both the Baseplate slot one by one and see if its working . The FCP to be
connected to the splitter connecter cable accordingly .

Problematic FCP Status in single configuration -Red LED Steady and Green LED
Blinking.

IR is working ,unable to Read / Write Status.

2) Does the Red and Green Light blink and then within few seconds turn
steady or does it remain in RED/Green(Steady) the moment you turn the FCP on .

Startup time -- Red LED Blinking and Green LED Blinking.

After startup -- Red LED Steady and Green LED Blinking.

3) Can you install only the single FCP and try to initialize the FCP .

IR is working ,unable to Read / Write Status.

Unable to initialize

4) Can you use the letter bug and rename the FCP with NOSUCH and then
rename the FCP back to the original FCP name .

Problematic FCP Letterbug rename not possible as IR is not working.
Second FCP checked with NOSUCH it is working fine.

is it possible to check in any other way please suggest.......

Regards,

R.Vijaykumar.
