[foxboro] Parameter App

Hi
 
I am trying to build a windows app that will, using some set of api's (foxapi, 
netapi, and Aimapi have been suggested) to connect to a fox ia box and give me 
the equivant of running iccprt. I need all CPs, compounds, and block params to 
be in this dump.
 
Any ideas on how to accomplish this?
