Don't try to make this harder than it needs to be.  Instead of a stand-alone
app, use a browser.  Just do an iccprt dump, parse that into web pages
and load the info into a webserver with a database backend to allow searching.
I think lots of people on the list have done this and we could all give you help
with it.
