[foxboro] IDP10-A

A new IDP10-AF1B01F, with selt - B350E51
was connected to 24V DC power source, it show a 0.000 (in H20) in the
display, the altern display (ENTER) show :
1.05 IASPT-A.
while i go inside the configuration menu, sometimes (ramdomly) appears a
BADKEY message.
The measuring read remain at 0.000 (also the 4-20mA output) even if there
are pressure applied at high side (why?).
Is it possible to make a factory reset with jumpers or any way? any
suggestion?
