Hi,

You can get at system monitor messages in several ways.

Foxboro has summarised some of them in Helpful Hint 1000, I'm forwarding
that to you off list.

If you have the legacy historian, you may also want to consider setting up
an ACE report to retrieve the most recent system messages to an ascii file.
The report writer is documented in the historian manual, B0193BL.

For a nice example of how one person created a system monitor message
reporting system, see Angel Corbera's website
http://www.geocities.com/SiliconValley/Peaks/5825/ac.htm and look under "F.
System Monitor Report".  Your approach will have to be slightly different
to retrieve the most recent messages.

Hi All,

Is anybody can inform me how to get the most recent
System Alarm in a readable format so that we can
display them on Graphics when it appears.

Because at present "Sys" key blinks and we have to
access this through SAL list/historian.
