[foxboro] ICCAPI error

Encountered this error in trying to do a LoadAll using ICCAPI:

FAIL     5 load 23FS01!C0704: Mon Aug 28 08:37:32 2006 -15 ICCload
error:
class=3D 1 error=3D -29 text=3D icipcmsg: c_chkio error

I thought I have a document that tells what the -29 error is, but of
course I can't find it when needed. Can someone point me in the right
direction? Or tell me what error means?
