Yes, that is exactly my point.  The PSS for the FBM211 lists the max voltage 
between channels at about 2.5 V.

I have had lockups on FBM211 the group/un isolated modules
Cheap and nasty multiplexed ADC
Those migration modules could be similar but not the 204's
