Thanks for the update, Kino. Myself and several key stakeholders are
already organizing and suggest that interested parties contact me
directly for a summary of our position and invitation to join our effort.
In general, we do need to organize and approach the Town with a plan that
includes creation of a legal entity to hold a master lease with the Town
for the hangar space under question now and any newly built space in the
future. A legal entity would be the single point of contact and payment to
the Town therefore minimizing their effort. We would begin with the hangars
under threat. This LLC would pay the town annually for the Master lease and
sublease that space under separate terms and with the new LLC. This entity
would also want to develop new hangar space, in the future, with similar
T&Cs with the Town.

property on 31 Dec 2021. There is an option for a five year extension but
so far no one has petitioned the town. I have talked to the town many times
over the years and several times in the last few months about the future
status of these hangars. So far the town has not committed to anything. You
have the most to gain or lose from their decision. I would suggest you
organize then make an appointment to meet with the town manager. If nothing
is done then according to your leases the hangars become town property very
soon.
