Community who? All of the people who moved into their abodes knowing full and
well that there is an airport close by with its inherent effect on the
surrounding area? Now, that they have awakened to that fact it is up to us to
mitigate the effects of their proximity to the airport? I think I have heard
this story before.
The only thing I agree with is to establish right hand traffic pattern for RWY
22 as was suggested in previous emails. Beyond that, just abide by the rules!

Pattern Restrictions have been needed for a long time. The community is going
to demand them. I have been receiving requests for a long time.

Obviously the offender is known to the FBO, so why not just deal with him

we can also all be spared the hand wringing and amateur ADS-B CSI. Just a
thought...
