Yeah...I am flying from Detroit back to ABQ today and was planning on flying
the Saratoga home. Looked at the forecast last night and decided I wasn't even
going to try it so went ahead and got a room in ABQ for tonight. Will fly in at
7am tomorrow. I can tell you, there were days that winds were calm, just me and
Coryee in the Cherokee with half tanks and we were nervous with 250 fpm climb
rate. That definitely made me get the turbo when we moved to the Saratoga...but
I am not going to tempt with that kind of wind
