transaction logs...

My exchange server seems to be running out of disk space. I noticed that
I have transaction log entries that take up over 15 gigs of space. I've
checked microsoft's knowledge base and I couldn't quite understand how
to remove or permanently delete the old logs to free up space. Can
anyone tell me how I can delete the old transaction logs...
