Thank you for response. How hard are setup and any idea for the price?
There will be only 2 users connected. I guess I can use the own
blackberry software and sync with outlook. Right?

Ara,
We use the Blackberry Exchange Server (BES 4.0) which provides wireless
synchronization of outlook with the Blackberry client handhelds. We
initially were setup with the desktop redirector but as users continued
to be outfitted with the handhelds, we were overwhelmed with support
issues which were remedied with the migration to the BES.

Sorry for off topic question but any recommendation? Performance,
function and off course the price. My understanding is if I get
blackberry it comes with an email address from provider and I have to
create a contact in exchange forwarding all my emails to that contact.
What about the pocket pc based phones? Can they dial back to exchange?
