You might want to make sure that you have your Exchange set up to use a
forwarding server (usually your ISP's dns server) and that you have the
internal nic set to the internal dns server on your network. This
plagued me for weeks until I got the forwarding set correctly. I think
there's a tutorial on the exchange list website, but I'm not sure where
exactly.
