Jen,
The copy of this post I had CC'd to you was accepted from my mail server
immediately by mail.cityharvest.org with the response queued for delivery.
Just a thought but is this machine under your control?
I know that with sendmail separate queue runners must be started and maybe
your mail is sitting in a queue that runs infrequently.
