<posted and emailed> Jen, I went to http://www.dnsreport.com/tools/dnsreport.ch?domain=cityharvest.org to do a quick check of your DNS and there are errors being shown. But one thing that I noticed is your secondary MX 20 mail2.cityharvest.org. [TTL=86400] IP=192.168.1.203 That IP is in a reserved range and so could be causing problems as well. If a connecting machine is on an internal network using 192.168.1 then it may get confused as to how to deliver the message.
