So saying you have a ~5 hour delay between blaster and hera makes me think you have a place to start looking. What lies between those two servers (all 7 layers). Note: as I recall, omessage.com is a mass mailing house (not a spam house!) that handles large newsletter type distributions. There's no reason I can think of why a message that is sent from the client at a particular time should be sent at the same time. 5 hours is reasonable for what they do and the criticality of the job. Maybe you have another example that's less ambiguous?
