Ajit, I think more information is necessary to troubleshoot this problem.
Please post an example of one of the error messages you're getting.

THAT MAIL ARE RETRUN THE MASSAGE HAS FOUND UNROUTED PATH AND SOME TIME
DOMAIN NOT FOUND. BUT ALL DOMAIN IS GENUN AND RECEIVED MAIL TO ALL THESE
DOMAIN WHEREI GOT THIS MASSAGE. .
THERE HAVE DNS RELATED PROBLE AND WHAT PLEASE ADVICE ME
I HAVE EXCHNAGE 5.5 WITH WINDOWS NT4
