Yes it is.

I should have mentioned in my last post that after removing the
recipient policy for domainB.com you need to allow relaying from your
LAN's IP address range.  To do this use Exchaneg System Manager and
navigate to your SMTP Virtual Server (if you have one it is the Deafult
SMTP Virtual Server).  It is under Administrative Groups > Servers >
ServerName > Protocols > SMTP

Look at the propetries of the virtual server, choose the Access tab and
tehn under Relaying put in your LAN IP subnet.
Stop and Start the virtual server (not sure if this is needed...)

And then the rest should follow.
