I went for Mail Marshal with the integrated McAfee virus protection in the
end. Im using the exchange add-on version of MM rather than the separate
SMTP MM as we only receive about 1200 - 1500 mails a day (that includes
internally moving mail) so performance and blocking spam *before* it hit the
exchange server wasn't a big issue for me.
