Sent & Deleted Items for Domain Users

Hi all.  Can anyone recommend a way of determining the number of files and/or 
the amount of space being used in an Exchange 2000 user's Sent and Deleted 
folders?  I'd like to be able to generate a report and then send requests to 
users to maintain their items before they are forced to.
